Question 4. Who would be the audience for your media product?

When deciding my target audience there were a lot of things to consider. Gender, age and interest, are, in my opinion, the most important thing. I think my target audience would be between the ages of 15 and 30, and both genders would be interested in my films. I also think my target audience would have an interest in solving puzzles, and also in anything that is mysterious.

 This is a character I made to represent who I think a typical male would be who would watch Fixation. Quite intelligent, they went to University to study Maths, and they love solving puzzles. Fixation is a film all about puzzles, so he's in his element. He is 23, and has just started a job as a Maths teacher in Oxford.

The female below is another representation. She is 20 and is studying Art, but she often helps Media students with their filming as she thinks of very creative shots. She is often seen reading a Marvel Comic, and loves to go to the cinema. She wants to create comics when she graduates.
